Wedding Marriage Ceremony Legals Anita Oates Celebrant
Wedding Marriage Ceremony Legals Anita Oates Celebrant
What you need to bring to the second meeting:

Birth Certificates OR Passports
If you were born in Australia you must produce a birth certificate OR a passport for identification.

If you were born overseas  your current passport is acceptable.

Divorce Certificate
There are three different certificates in use. They prove you were legally divorced, if you have been married before.

Death Certificate
If your previous spouse has passed away.

During our second meeting:
A Notice of Intended Marriage must be completed and lodged with me one month  before the ceremony. I have these forms but if you do obtain one from Attorney-General’s website do not pre-sign it, as it must be witnessed and signed by authorised person, the celebrant or a JP.
